Project Management Structure

The project is coordinated by AAB College (Kosovo) and implemented through a structured and
transparent management framework that ensures effective coordination, quality assurance,
and timely delivery of results.
The main decision-making body is the Project Management Committee (PMC), composed of
representatives from all partner institutions. The PMC oversees strategic direction, monitors
progress, and ensures alignment with project objectives.
