The project focuses on embedding sustainability principles into university governance, administrative practices, and academic curricula. Through capacity building, curriculum innovation, and cross-sector cooperation, UNIGreen supports universities in Kosovo and Albania in becoming active drivers of sustainable development and green employment.
By fostering collaboration between academia, industry, and civil society, UNIGreen contributes to improving education quality, strengthening institutional governance, and equipping students with the skills needed to address environmental and socio-economic challenges aligned with the European Green Deal and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
